You may return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@naturalreme-d.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including opened products and gift cards. Please check the product description for specific return information.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
